Aditya is the chairman and CEO of the Indian International Students and Alumni Federation UK (IISAF-UK). IISAF is a non-profitable organisation founded by him in 2021 after the hard times of COVID-19 to serve a homely experience to new students who come from India and all over the world to study and pursue their dreams in the UK. IISAF has grown to over a thousand members across the UK, establishing a significant network. Aditya’s vision for which the organisation was founded was to raise a voice for the young Indian diaspora i.e, the students and alumni in a foreign country and to facilitate a strong network through social, cultural and educational events all over the world. The man has worked closely with both Indian and British Governments to support Indians in the UK.

This included helping thousands of Indians with their queries on behalf of the Indian High Commission, as well as supporting them with provision of food, groceries, advisories, mental health support, training sessions as well as the Vande Bharat Mission, the world's largest repatriation mission. Amongst its many laurels the organisation is acknowledged for its campaigning and lobbying efforts in ensuring the return of the Post Study Work visa in the UK, as well as for providing thought leadership in the field of education in the UK-India context.

Aditya has organised several “Meet & Greet” networking events to connect with the youth on regular basis. Through IISAF, he has assisted over a thousand people in finding accommodations, new job opportunities and career stability, as well as assisting them to adjust in a new culture. There is a chain of students already connected from different states of the country in this organisation and still growing. Aditya’s ardent desire to enrich the lives of many, made him built a coveted community of refined alumni groups who have done a great job in their domain. Through IISAF he has aimed towards providing a constant exposure to young individuals to help them attain their goal. In order to provide an exposure of world class infrastructure, many sough-after speakers have been invited for their professional growth in their conferences and seminars.

Aditya is a regular contributor on education and India-UK relations in the press. He resides in London and has spoken at several prestigious firms like British Parliament, Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and the University of Brighton & Sussex.

By profession, Aditya is in a real estate market and works with industry leading asset managers, providing strategy and consulting, allowing him to make a huge network chain.
